Entrol has finished the development of the Bell 505 FTD Level 2 simulator. It was sold last year to Horizon International Flight Academy
This Bell 505 FTD level 2 simulator will allow Horizon Academy to enhance their training by practising emergency situations that can not be performed in the real helicopter.
Being compliant with CS-FSTD(H) FTD level 2 requirements, they will use it for type rating, IFR checks and initial courses (IR, ATPL).
The simulator will also be offered as FNPT II for flight schools to optimize the costs of their training programs.
